Need a Coach?

Dave Shores has worked within the local church for almost two decades. His experiences range from youth, kids, and worship ministries; to now leading a thriving church in east Ohio for the past 10 years.

He also oversees multiple pastors and churches in the southeast area of state as a presbyter for the Ohio Ministry Network.

Dave has a passion for coaching church leaders while coming alongside them as they navigate balance in ministry.

As a “pastor to church leaders“, Dave has been called to help each leader THRIVE in ministry … without LOSING THEMSELVES in the process.

Whether you are a Lead Pastor, Staff Pastor, or Volunteer Leader, Dave has a proven track record to help you climb to the next level.
